Using Techbargains to find great deals
How to Use:
The best way I've found to use techbargains.com is to use their RSS feed. This allows you to get the most up-to-date information at your fingertips in a format you are comfortable with. If you don't use RSS, then the techbargains.com Web site also works very well. It lists all the latest deals with the inclusion of thumbnail images. The deal listings include a short description of the item, price, shipping costs, and any rebates (if applicable). Lots of great information.
More Stores:
I've found many new online stores through techbargains.com and you can too. Just click on the 'More from Vendor' link on the main Web page and you will get all the deals from that store. This is a great feature and allows you to find other items in case you need to add more items to qualify for free shipping.
Hot Items:
One of the coolest features on techbargains.com are their 'Cheap' pages: Cheap HDTV | Cheap GPS | Cheap Digital Cameras | Cheap iPods | Cheap LCD Displays | Cheap Notebooks | Cheap Cell Phone. These pages aggregate all the latest deals from the normal listings and put them on a single page.
Another cool feature are their 'Find' pages: Find a Wii | Find a iPhone | Find a PS3 | Find a DS Lite | Find a Xbox 360. These pages aggregate all the stores selling that specific item--a great way to see deals on the most hard-to-find items.

Caucus 2008
Our precinct had only one delegate so we skipped the entire viability process, thereby, bypassing all the discussion and debate that is involved with that. Supporters for the various candidates were allowed to say something positive in support of their candidate but we didn't do any other discussing of the issues--just a bunch of fluff crap.
When we arrived at 11am there was mass chaos. The caucus location wasn't marked at all. I had to ask one of the representatives from the Republican caucus where the Democratic one was being held!!!
The main sign-in desk was a mess...five or six lines of people going in all directions. New voters, old voters, nobody knowing what to do and getting absolutely no guidance from the party organizers. We finally found our precinct room and got signed in just before they closed the doors on us. Yes, we stood around with everyone else for 45 minutes before finding out what we needed to do.
So we took a straight vote with the winner taking all--in our case, one delegate. Obama 22, Clinton 13, Edwards 2. Obama took the one delegate. Basically the other 15 people who showed up to vote in the caucus were totally meaningless and wasted their time.
Welcome to the great democratic process in the United States. Why Nevada doesn't do a primary instead of a caucus is beyond me. I haven't missed an election since I turned 18 and this is the first time I felt my vote didn't count for shit.
